Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment account.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours. Delays in verification may extend this timeframe.
• Winnings derived from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• MCW Loging reserves the right to hold and investigate any suspicious withdrawal requests.

• Each bonus offer carries its own wagering requirement, which is typically 10–30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.

• If suspicious financial activity or fraud allegations arise.
• As required by a legal order or directive from a regulatory authority.

Closed at Member's Request

• Any member can close their account at any time by notifying MCW Loging support.
• Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, the account cannot be reactivated before the designated period ends.
• Any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned after verification.
